Hi and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

You deserve a space to be seen and heard by a therapist who specializes in your needs. With the right tools, a safe space to open up, and a willingness to hold hope, it's possible to feel better.

My approach

I work with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The clients I treat are often high-achievers dealing with school and/or career-related stress, strained relationships, perfectionism, and self-esteem issues. Through established trust, consistent sessions, and the implementation of learned skills, clients in my practice often report feeling a sense of relief and improvement soon after beginning therapy.

I will pull from a variety of evidence-based practices and clinical interventions to support your growth. You will receive education, guidance, and support to empower you to incorporate techniques and skills into your daily life outside of therapy. Transparency in our dynamic will allow for openness and honesty throughout your healing process.

My style is warm, authentic, and goal-oriented. I believe in the power of human connection and feel that therapy is most effective when a genuine, trusting, and collaborative dynamic exists between us. As your therapist, I will empower you to take the best next steps towards personal healing and growth. Call today to see if I'm the right fit for you!
